Design’s presence in our daily lives feeds a constant curiosity to understand and inform its influence. My approach to these questions is with passion, patience, and precision. Fluent in design and research principles and methodologies, I leverage the strengths of each to, create evidence-based solutions, share impactful stories, and make sense of the world.
As a Senior Design Researcher and Design Lead, I immerse myself in the experiences and views of others. I lead teams through all phases of research and foster space to think collectively about creative ways to meet project and advocate for users.
Some of my clients include Hulu, Disney, Amazon, Google, United Airlines, Ford, McDonald’s, Burger King, HelloFresh, Humana, Abbott, Sun Life, Sonos, Kellogg’s, Brunswick, and AT&T.
While my typical days lean research heavy, working with brands, developing new identities, creating products, and innovating remain at my core. I’m always open to new creative projects.
I’m currently working ay a research and innovation consultancy based in Chicago. Our company blends ethnographic research and design research techniques to gather perspective-shifting insights.
